When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please check the package of your product for any damage or issues. If you notice any damage, missing items, or if the tape on the package is tampered with, do not sign any delivery document and request the courier to prepare a damage report, then return the package. Once this obligation is fulfilled, your replacement products will be promptly shipped to you.
Please note that if a damaged package is accepted or a claim is made about missing contents after accepting the delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items.
