Cheeya Consumer Rights, Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
GENERAL:
By placing an order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, are to be paid by the buyer.
Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement.
The purchased product must be delivered fully, in compliance with the specifications indicated in the order, and accompanied by documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller is required to inform the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days and refund the total payment to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the payment made by the buyer’s credit card was unauthorized and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
UNFORESEEABLE REASONS FOR NON-DELIVERY:
If unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances prevent timely delivery of the product, the seller must inform the buyer of this situation. The buyer can then choose to cancel the order, request a replacement product of equivalent value, or delay delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order:
If the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation date.
If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation date. However, the bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect the refund in the buyer’s account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT:
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon receipt to ensure it is undamaged and complete. Damaged or defective products (e.g., crushed, broken, or torn packaging) should not be accepted from the shipping company. Products accepted are deemed to be delivered in good condition. The buyer is responsible for preserving the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used, and the invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any justification and without incurring any legal or penal liabilities, provided they notify the seller using the contact information below within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the designated recipient.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the purchased product is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the contract date. If the performance of the service has started with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days and ensure that the product has not been used as per the “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal” clause.
CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the product invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must be included. Returns without a return invoice will not be processed.)
The return form, product packaging, and standard accessories (if any) must be complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller is obligated to refund the total amount paid and cancel any debt-incurring documents within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The seller must collect the returned product within 20 days.
If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller for their losses. However, the buyer is not liable for changes or deterioration caused by proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
If the withdrawal causes the total amount of a promotional campaign to fall below the minimum required, the seller reserves the right to cancel the promotion.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Products prepared to the buyer’s specifications or tailored to personal needs.
Perishable goods or products nearing their expiry date.
Products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened.
Products mixed with other items in such a way that they cannot be separated.
Goods provided under subscription agreements (e.g., newspapers, magazines).
Services rendered instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly.
Books, digital content, software programs, or data storage devices with opened packaging.
Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, duplicable software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery (toner, cartridges, ribbons) must have unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging to be eligible for return.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the buyer defaults on payment via credit card, they agree to pay interest and assume liability to the bank under their credit card agreement. In such cases, the bank may initiate legal proceedings and claim costs and attorney fees from the buyer.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
Payments can be made online via credit cards with single or installment payment options. Upon order completion, the total amount will be charged to the credit card.
